It's time to get FIT FOR FALL Y'ALL! I am excited to announce the opening of our next 12 Week Challenge.
It is time for another challenge! This challenge will run from October 12 until January 5 and is $20 to participate.
We will begin accepting payments on NOW and participation is on a first pay, first serve basis. Payments will be accepted by PayPal only.
First, you will need to send a friend request to @KD Mullins on Facebook. You will receive a message with instructions for submitting your payment. Once your payment has been confirmed, your friend request will be accepted and you will be added to the challenge Facebook group.
Please remember participation is based on a FIRST PAY basis. We will post when the challenge is full. In the days leading up to the challenge, you will have the opportunity to get to know your fellow challenge mates, the admins, and the challenge guidelines. There are some important expectations to participate in the challenge.
While the admins work hard to put on these challenges for all of you, and enjoy doing so, YOU and ONLY YOU can make progress happen. Participants are expected to
(1) log food EVERY DAY using whatever method you prefer,
(2) access Facebook a minimum of once per day to check the challenge group for updates, (3) have access to Google Docs as needed
(4) have a good attitude – no excuses! The admins are willing to work with you if a challenge arises but you must communicate and work with them to develop a strategy.
(5) you must be free of major exercise restrictions to actively participate in the various challenges.
There are several ways to win! There are THREE grand prize winners: highest percentage of weight loss, best progress overall, and most participation. Other prizes will be given throughout the challenges for various activities.
Note: ALL of the money paid in to the challenge goes directly to prizes. No one profits from these challenges.
I'm not actively trying to lose weight, but I am going to slowly up my calories for probably 8 weeks to try and build some muscle #goals are important, so no matter your current situation or goals everyone is welcome so we can support each other!

You must come in with a good attitude, no excuses and 'I can'ts' we are her to push each other out of our comfort zones and see what can happen :)
