Putting Pie.


Hey, just in case no one has ever told you - don't go out in the sun for 24 hours after removing KT tape.


Even sunblock couldn't stop the fresh skin from burning. My run today was kinda amazing, it was 88 degrees at 5am, but I showed up to run and there was a guy I didn't know running with us, but he was fast, and I'm competitive - the last few miles were in the low 7s and high 8's. My face was on fire when we finished, the high is something that I have yet to recreate from lifting weights. 


hahhaa, a freeze frame from my Periscope last night, I did a run through on one of our favorite dinners - Sweet Potato with Chicken, grapes, and goat cheese. So good. You can re-watch the Periscope by clicking here and it will be up until around 6pm CST tonight.



Super easy, we make this all the time, even Oliver loves it!



I had a wild hair for some pudding pie, decided to wing it and make it out of protein. 



I forgot to put in that I use Xanthan gum to thicken the protein up, about a tablespoon I think. Note it's 12 servings, kinda hard to cut it up into that, but a small piece was very satisfying! Originally I wanted the single serving crusts, but none to be found at Kroger.BWHAHAHA I just read the title of that - stupid voice typing!


Still hit my protein like a boss, should've added more Jif Chocolate Cheesecake drizzle on top :) Yesterday I was super busy right when I got to work, then I had to run to a dr appointment around 9 so I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast until close to 11. I'm cooking my oats and pull them out to weigh in my Muscle Egg and realize that I accidentally poured in BBQ sauce instead of chocolate egg whites! I've used about half of my container of Muscle Egg in the last, oh 2 weeks I think, so I'd say I'm getting my money's worth. I still have another container in the freezer that is Cake Batter flavor, if I use them both before they expire and don't waste any I'll rebuy, the do add flavor to lots of items I already was eating!

  3. Please refresh my memory about your veggie spiral slicer thingy..... I think I may need one. I'm struggling to find more ways to make veggies platable for myself and my family. (We don't really care for veggies). I'm getting really tired of salads, broccoli and brussell sprouts. LOL!

  4. What is your daily protein goal? I'm playing around with mine. I'm currently trying to hit 120-130g and it's been as high as 164g. Trying to figure out if more is better. I keep reading that too much is pointless and not enough is detrimental. I'm just curious where you're at. You've made amazing progress recently.
