I'm crazy excited to be adding more workout gear to OMB, because half my life is spent in gym clothing, I like fun and color when I'm sweating, duh. I tested out a bunch of different kinds and my favorites are now available on the site. I'm still hunting for fun workout gear in curvy sizes, stay tuned.

Both of the types I'm carrying are great material, well fitting, high waisted, and CUTE! There is NOTHING more annoying than trying to workout and constantly tugging up your pants, well except when your ear buds don't stay in, ugh.

They all pass the squat test and the sweat test, the darker blue ombre show the most sweat, but it's not bad at all. These all come in small to XL - fits up to a size 14/16. For reference I'm a size 8 in a small.

I've also been really happy with my arm progress lately, I'm trying to do better about sharing some of my favorite moves for those of you who struggle with what to do in the gym.
Here are 7 exercises I do minimum of 3 times a week.
Curl 10x straight into a push 10x
Upright Row 10x into a Overhead Press 10x
Middle Back Pull 10x - repeat 3x increasing the weight each time
Upper Back Pull 10x - repeat 3x increasing the weight each time
Triceps Push 10x - repeat 3x increasing the weight each time
