10 Pounds Gone - Losing It Tuesday.

 I've hit the 10 pound lost mark so it's time for some progression photos.




 I prefer photo proof my body is changing over a number on the scale any day! I'm going to talk more in depth on my gym routine tomorrow, today I'm sticking what I'm eating. 

Friday I posted about the awesome protein subscription box I got from I'm Pretty Fit and I have found a new favorite product out of it, the Chike High Protein Coffee.  De-freakin-lish. I know I've been going on and on and on about protein, but I think it's making a HUGE difference in the way I look and feel. I was sadly lacking before, I've found so many ways to get it in now that it's not even a hassle.

If you are someone who struggles with food planning, I came across this website that will create a meal plan {complete with recipes} for 7 bucks a month. It's totally customized to your calories and macro goals! It doesn't get much easier than that - Eat This Much.



It's still mind blowing to me that I'm having such good progress eating 2000 calories a day! All that time I spent cardio-ing up and eating less and less just to gain and re-lose the same 5 pounds.  That's the thing about losing weight - sometimes you have to learn the hard way. When I think back to the things I did when I first started losing weight I could laugh, but I'm living and learning as I go.

  4. You look fantastic! Totally feel you on pictures vs. scale; the scale has fluctuated by a couple of pounds for me for the past week, but my clothes are fitting so much better and I'm looking slimmer, so oh well. Just annoying!

  15. I was over weight and tried so many things. Different things work for different people and I was lucky enough to find one that worked for me. I lost 18 pounds in one month without much exercise and it's been a life changer. I'm a little embarrased to post my before and after photos here but if anyone actually cares to hear what I've been doing then I'd be happy to help in any way.     I just started following you on IG & love sharing in your journey. You're not so stuck on yourself like other bloggers I've followed in the past. You are so real!

    I have struggled with my weight for about 2 years after a traumatic event occurred in my life & led to deep depression. I am hopeful that I can lose the 60-70 pounds I need to if I really work at it.

    I am 5'1" & 60-70 overweight. Can you share a daily meal plan you typically follow?? I'm just getting started so whatever you did in the beginning that worked for you will be helpful. What is your weekly exercise schedule?? I just need help, but more for the nutritional/eating part of getting healthy again. I know you're a busy working mom so I'm appreciative of any advice/information you can share.

    How tall are you? You look about my height. Your hair & makeup is always gorgeous! Congrats on your success!!! You rock!

  30. Need advice on macro eating, I have tried it but I'm a vegetarian and finding it impossible to make the protein goal each day short of drinking protein shakes all day. I do still eat eggs and some seafood, ordered the pretty fit pack so looking forward to receiving that. I know that the macro eating would work for me as I lost 90 lbs prior to giving up meat but now 2 yrs as a vegetarian I'm struggling to maintain. Any advice appreciated, I think you are awesome and really enjoy following your journey of a working mom with 2 kids that is still eating right and exercising. It is so hard to fit it all in but so worth it!! Keep pushing!

  32. I'm completely amazed at the transformation you've had with a loss of only 15#. It looks like so much more than that. #2 is due for me in September and I have a very similar body type so your success gives me SO MUCH HOPE post-csection. Keep it up, I love reading your blog!
