Last Bumpdate........EVER.

I'm still hanging in there with my baby belly: I tried reallllll hard to get him to come on Saturday. I gymed it up for over and hour and then walked around Canton for over 3 hours. Nada.

Well except the terrible terrible Charlie Horse I got around 2:30am. Then I was up. Then I was hungry. I guess it's a good thing I have about 4 episodes of RHOBH to catch up on although they get kinda annoying after one episode.  I guess I did pretty good, this is my first bowel of cereal eaten in the middle of the night :)

Saturday brought the most beautiful Spring weather, 80 degrees with sun and a breeze. It was heaven! Madison insisted on wearing her new Target dress to a birthday party, I love her sweaty red cheeks, we are ready for more outdoor activities.

Unfortunately Sunday brought an ice storm to Dallas and now we are all trapped in doors with temps in the 20's until Tuesday. Oliver's just praying my water doesn't break so he doesn't have to drive to the hospital, it's about 45 minutes from us. Tomorrow will be the day that my water broke with Madison {while I was Canton shopping}, but every pregnancy is different so who knows.  Either way my CS is scheduled for noon on Wednesday.

A friend of a friend that I met a while ago had a ca-ute baby boy recently and she had the most adorable outfit and blanket for him, naturally I had to get one too. Luckily her Mom makes them on Etsy at Tried and True Designs and I emailed her begging asking if she could get them done asap and she did, they are so freaking perfect!

Her cute grand-baby modeled it!

It feels weird to not be going to work today, but I'm using today to get a good scrub down in my house thanks to The Cleaning Queens. I've been nesting, or more like wanting to get rid of all clutter by way  of the trash can, but I just can't get down and clean my floors and Oliver doesn't do it to my satisfaction. That's why I love my Queens, they always do an awesome job! I had ambitions to make some freezer meals, but right now I'm not feeling it, maybe tomorrow :)

  1. We are snowed in too!! I just love your belly and am so proud of all the hard work you have done to have a Fit Pregnancy! I wish I would have done that with my two instead of using pregnancy as an excuse to have a 9 month all you can eat buffet! (working at it now!) Praying for a safe and healthy delivery on Wednesday!! Much love all the way from Northern Virginia!!!

  9. You are AWESOME for working out so much through your pregnancy. I pray that everything goes well on Wednesday! I don't blame you for getting a cleaning service. You definitely don't need to be on the ground cleaning a few days before your due date! Hope you get some rest!!! Madison looks adorable in her little dress as always! We are having a baby girl in June and when I see pics of Madison in her little adorable clothes I get so excited!!!

  16. OH Goodness I can't believe it's already time!! And I agree, if baby Aiden can hold off a couple of days, that would be great since I heard this morning the windchill factor in your area is below zero right now!! Anyway, I'll be thinking of you and wishing your little family loads and loads of happiness this week!!

  21. I've never commented before but have followed your blog for a while now. You are such an inspiration! My 2nd child is now 7 months old and I just want to encourage you to take your time getting back to it. Don't feel pressure to live up to societies ridiculous standards about how fast you should lose your pregnancy weight. After a few years, you forget how tough newborns can be on you. Find your stride, snuggle your precious son and ease back in when it feels right. There are no deadlines to keep and bonding with your family is the most important thing. Good luck with surgery & recovery!
