I had something else planned for Workout Wednesday, but when I went to make the video I just was not feeling it. It’s hard at 27 weeks pregnant to show y’all good form so I’ve decided to discontinue W.O.W during my third trimester. I’m sorry, but I promise to bring it back in full force after I give birth! In the meantime feel free to check out my archives under the workout tab, there are lots of great workouts to keep y’all going.
Of course I’ll still be posting about fitness I just won’t be making any workouts to share on a weekly basis.
Obviously I’m going to continue to hit the gym, nothing more motivating than a side by side of my last pregnancy. I feel 100 times better and even though it’s getting harder and harder I’m not giving up.
