Happy Thursday! I'm looking forward to a long run this weekend in preparation for my Fort to Fitness Half coming up SOOOOOON! Need to make sure my baby is still on board for 13.1 :)
As promised I'm sharing my breakfast favorite with you guys.
As promised I'm sharing my breakfast favorite with you guys.
Juicy Peaches covered in cottage cheese and cinnamon. LOVE. Full of protein!
I saw this on Pinterest and had to try, I mix up Greek Cream Cheese {got it at Walmart} with honey and strawberry and sandwiched between two {Van's} Waffles. Ohhhhhh so good!!
Not usually a big cereal eater, but this one is delish and actually keeps me full for 2 hours, it's all the protein in it :) I've heard it's good as granola over yogurt also.
These are things I typically eat after the gym, before I workout I eat peanut butter wheat toast // banannas // thinkThin Chunky Peanut Butter, Gluten Free, 2.1-Ounce Bars (Pack of 10)
So there you go, my daily eats, I can't wait to find some new ones through you guys! Link 'em up!
I'm a Shakeology drinker in the mornings/post workout and my favorite is a scoop of Vanilla Shakeology, tbsp of chocolate PB2, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a frozen banana! AMAZING!
ReplyDeleteI just had a cup of cottage cheese with strawberries drizzled with honey and some cinnamon. Delish! Also had some Eziekel raisin bread.
ReplyDeleteOh man. I would love some peaches with cottage cheese and cinnamon. Yum!!
ReplyDeleteI really need to try this cottage cheese thing out. So many people say it's delish and I'm obviously missing out!
ReplyDeleteI cannot get enough...
ReplyDeletelime Oikos greek yogurt 0%MF 100g=80cal
1 cup of raspberries=64cal
1/3 cup Nature's Path Organics Ancient Grains almond granola=110cal
It's a big honkin' pile of delish--like lime cheesecake with berries...
SO GOOD!!
