Alex in Philly, she shared a great rountine for burning fat - - intervals. I'm telling y'all you will burn that crap off your body by doing this rather than running for an hour.

The workout I have for y'all today is for the CORE. It will only take you 10 minutes, easily added in after whatever workout you have planned for the day. You will need a heavy weight, duh :)

ReplyDeleteShould that be 1 MINUTE warm-up? A 1 MILE warm up would have you running for over 2 hours (if you did a 10 minute mile).
