Workout Routine for Any Level

I documented my workout for you guys this morning.
This is a workout ANYONE can do, no matter your level or size.

If you can't do spinning then any type of cardio.
Remember 40 seconds on 20 seconds rest repeat for 4 min.

Bicep curls- 35 pounds

Tricep Dips- make sure to alternate legs.

Medicine ball push up- this are TOUGH!
Oh and keep your feet on the floor....Meredith :) haha.

One legged squats- alternate legs balancing also helps your core!

3 Lunge Combo
This is a great move to work all parts of your thigh!!
LOVE.

Plie Squats with a raise- I used 8's but probably should of gone heavier.

Get your heart rate up once more with a cardio blast.

Stretch is out and you're done!
Calorie burn: 670

My biggest problem area are my legs. They have taken some freaking WORK.
The top right is at 160 the bottom right is right before the cleanse and the left is last night.
Motivation to keep on squatting!

Happy Sweating!

Love,
SkinnyMeg

Thanks for posting your workout. I am in the process of losing more weight and getting toned! I have lost 60 lbs, but want to lose at least another 30! Your a great inspiration. I'm just getting started on running outdoors and have a love/hate relationship with it!!

I have a question about spinning. Did it seem impossible the first few times you tried it? I tried it a couple of years ago and I couldn't make it through 15 minutes of the going from standing to sitting. Then my butt hurt so bad from the seat that I was in pain for days. I didn't quit and peddled the whole 45 minutes, but I felt like it was something I just couldn't do because I do have a larger sized booty.
By the weigh your thighs look great (hope that doesn't sound creepy). IT is also my problem area and can't wait til I can look as great as you. You are so inspiring to me:)

Your legs look awesome! So wish you were closer so that we could be gym buddies.

I attend a bootcamp 3x per week that do many of these exercises and love it. Am tucking your workouts away in case I ever switch back to a traditional gym. :)

I just wanted to say HI! I have been following you for a little while and have never left a comment because I just didn't know what to say. I just want you to know that I think you are hilarious, motivational, and inspirational!!! I hope to be just like you some day. (cheesy I know, but true) You make me want to get off my lazy butt and exercise, not to lose weight, but to feel better. I am 32 and have never liked exercise...but thanks to you (and MamaLaughlin) I feel inspired. Also, thank you for being such an open book! I wouldn't trust anyone who wasn't.
