Master Bedroom {Home Tour}

I thought we would continue the home tour with the room everyone sees the most.
My bedroom.
It just happens to be in a LOT of my pictures because I love to hang out in there now that it's pretty.

View from the door.

There is a lot going on in here so I will just list things.
1. Headboard I made- tutorial here.
2. Bedding was a gift, but that ruffled bed skirt I made for 30 bucks.
3. The pink desk was 10 bucks at a flea market, just painted it.
4. The nightstands are mismatched- painted to match with Rub N Buff.
5. Rugs and metal Angel Wings are from a flea market.

1. Wall color is Rainwashed by Sherwin Williams.
3. Curtains were made by my Mom.
4. Zebra lamp from Home Goods.

Earring display I made, tutorial coming soon!
Light fixture from a flea market, I painted it.

I just moved this shoe/scarf/hat/bow area from the laundry room because it felt too crowded in there with it. My child has WAY too many shoes because all those bins are filled with her stuff!
Both pieces from a flea market.
Running display made with love by Kassie.

Full length mirror from Home Depot.

That's all folks. Hope you enjoyed the tour!

  16. I love how fun all your rooms are, just curious what your hubby thinks of the rooms. Does he let you do whatever you want, does he ever veto something? I want to decorate some rooms in my boyfriends place and he doesn't seem to excited about it. How do I get him on board? Even for just a little paint?? His house seriously has sponge painted light green walls in the living room. Everything is the same as the way he bought it 7 years ago! If we ever end up living together, we are getting a new house for sure!!! Ha!

  18. I'm a new follower, although I've been following for a while. Your journey is such an inspiration for me to get myself moving and think about healthy choices.
About your room....You have such an eye for feminine design. I wish I could transform my room the way you did yours. We moved into our house this fall and I had hoped to make my room a romantic and classy retreat. I kind of missed the mark. It's much more masculine than I had hoped. I'm still working on correcting that.

  23. You have such a creative sense of style. I could never take so many colors/ideas and put them together in a way that looks so tied together and works. Tell me this is either an amazing gift your mother bestowed upon you or your have some interior decorating history.

Either way, I'll send you pictures of my house and you can design away :)
