More Yummy Recipes!

Happy Sunday y'all!
Hope you are having a good weekend, mine has been full of working out, Texas style :)

Everyone dressed in there Texas\OU gear for out Saturday morning workout at the gym.
I'll be honest, I don't watch football, like ever, so I had to go buy something at the store the day before.
Apparently I chose wrong because Texas got their asses kicked.
Oh well, I got a good workout and it was fun to boot :)

I also spent Saturday night doing homework searching Pinterest for some new recipes.
Normally I try some new things and make the same meals for a few weeks, until I get bored with them.
So I thought I would share my dinner plans for the week with y'all.

For those of you who wanted my computer skin I bought it here.

PLEASE DON'T PIN FROM HERE, CLICK ON THE RECIPE TO TAKE YOU TO THE ORIGINAL SITE AS THESE ARE NOT MY OWN RECIPES.
THANKS!

I made this one over the weekend and it was very easy and good. I used a rotisserie chicken and only maybe half the sauce it called for.

I'm excited to try this next one, it looks extremely easy to make, my favorite kind!

It going to be like 70 later in the week, so obviously I need something warm and soupy.
Instead of regular tortilla chips I plan on using corn tortillas cut up and lightly fried in a pan.

I've tried {and failed} at spaghetti squash before, but I plan to try again this time in the microwave for 10-15 minutes {pierce with a fork}
I'm gonna shred some baked chicken and add this

Friday, Friday, Friday.
I have a hard time on Fridays, I want to eat Mexican food or burgers.
I've planned some meals the last 2 weeks and been reallllllly good about sticking to my diet.
I'm going to plan on a little 'comfort' food for this weekend.
I probably will NOT add as much cheese, I'm OK with just a little bit.

I'm making this on the side, using brown rice.

There you have it!
6 new recipes and my grocery list wasn't even that long, nothing worse than having to buy a shit ton of groceries and spend $$$$.

  2. I make that pepper jack spinach chicken all the time, it's super easy. I will say to make your own cajun seasoning, as the store bought ones are full of salt. Last time I was lazy and just used a store bought one, and it was too salty to eat :(

  10. All those recipes look delicious! I actually just started eating spaghetti squash and I love it. Tonight I made it with alfredo and it was delicious. I find microwaving it works perfectly, I just do it in 5 minute increments to be safe because I've microwaved it too long before and it almost exploded lol..it cracked in a few places and was harder to prepare.

Hope all your recipes come on great! thanks for sharing
