Arm Workout {Vlog}

Ask and ye shall receive.

Sorry it's a little long, next time I'll stick with 3 moves, but I wanted to give y'all some variety to get started.







I suggest starting out with 5 pound weights, but really work up to 8's within a month.
You want your arms to feel like jelly!
Be consistent- at LEAST 3x a week.
This isn't speed work, slow is where the magic happens.
Focus on the muscle you're working, I promise this helps!

One thing I forgot to add- after you do each move 12 times {reps}  pulse for an 8 count, FEEL THAT BURN.

I absolutely love your daughter!!! She reminds me so much of my girls...and their gracefulness!! But I'm always a sucker for a vlog. With the exception of Holly, its' like meeting you guys and puting a voice to the stories! You just remind me of a little athletic kelly pickler! I always pictured you sounding more bossy lol (idk why...i guess its just because you're way hardcore and kick some calorie butt)but you are just so nice so now i will feel bad for hating you as i try these arm reps hahaha!!

I can't wait to try this! My arms are one of my least favorite body parts, so it's always nice to add new routines in the mix. I love the idea of a vlog to show how it's done, as opposed to just reading about it and ultimately having to Youtube it. Thanks so much for posting!
