Maybe it’s because I haven’t been able to workout in a week, but I’m in project overload! First after Miss M ripped my beadboard wall paper I decided to go ahead and repaint my kitchen nook. It turned in to the never ending project after I decided to paint the little hallway connected to it. I ran out of paint and when I went the next day to pick some up, I guess I was in a hurry and totally messed up.
I picked the wrong color! Then I liked the darker one better so I had to go buy ANOTHER gallon to finish it up. Of course now I need different color curtains and I have to repaint the bench and the shelf because the teal just doesn’t go. Seriously, I put like 7 coats of paint on these walls and I’m {almost} painted out
Then I accidently bought this cute table and chairs while getting a little happy time in at the thrift store.
Look at how cute the back of the chairs are, how could I pass that up? Plus it was furniture discount day
My garage is really full right now….
I did manage to finish up the awesome retro bird thing I bought!

Well, if that wasn’t enough spring break is in a week and I am tackling my biggest project yet!
I’m tearing up the carpet and laying new flooring in not 1, but 2 of the biggest rooms in our house. No joke, I’m all Mrs. DIY, but I’m scared this project is going to be harder than I think!
I did take a little break today to take Miss M to Sesame Street Live and oh boy did she LOVE it!! She was clapping and dancing and it was so much fun to take her!!
I probably shouldn’t say, but by some miracle my Mom is off work tomorrow and we are spending the day hitting up a flea market and then Canton Hopefully nothing too big accidently comes home with me!
Happy Weekend!!
But now that you have a sewing machine there is no need to buy curtains! You can make them yourself :)
