So you guys know about my ongoing journey to lose the baby weight, right? Well I have reached the halfway point and it's not quite as easy as the first half. Not that it was a walk in the park by any means. I have to make changes in different areas, like drinking water. Like A TON of water. Daily. I loved my Diet Cokes and they are were a little treat with 0 calories! Score! Well, it turns out not so much. I came across this and thought I would share with the other Diet Coke lovers out there.....
WATER
#1. 75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. <---
Yeah, that's almost EVERYONE!
#2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is mistaken for hunger. <--
I know this has been me!

Wow, I wonder how much it slows down when your REALLY dehydrated?

COKE
